Heh.. best laid plans..

I have the Classroom parent List, but I cannot read half of the writing on the form.  I will be stopping by the school tomorrow or Thursday AM to have Ms. Pat or Ms. Christine help me try to decipher the writing so I can publish a list and get it out to the teachers in the classroom.

Note to self— Next year bring computer for folks to sign in..

Last year and this summer the OLH-FSA had sponsored a gym gear buy with AMERICAN OUTFITTERS.  It was a success and many of you purchased the gear from us and have already received your orders on Fee-Day.

The Gear that was ordered on Fee-Day has arrived and we will put up how you can sign for it and receive it.  Lee Kramer will get the word out most likely with the Wed-Notes.  I will update this website as well once I know how we are going to deliver it.

I am also including the order forms on our Pages side —–>> , so the forms are there if and when we do another buy. (Might be one soon!)

We understand our kids grow like weeds, and want to have this opportunity for you and to help support the FSA organization.

Remember, Fee Day is the 4th of August!!!!

As we make our final preparations for the 2009-2010 school, we wanted to remind you our annual “Fee Day” will be on August 4th.  This is a day set aside to confirm all required paper work has been submitted, answer any questions you may have, give you the opportunity to choose from an extensive collection of gently used uniforms and collect the annual school fees.  Fee Day will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon and then be open again that evening from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

This year we are very excited to able to offer you a tour of the newly renovated classroom wing of our school.  The ceilings have all been replaced, the floors have been retiled, extensive drywalling has been done and a new classroom has been built.  This is truly an exciting time to be part of the Our Lady of Humility School Community!

Don’t forget that we also offer a “New Parent” Orientation meeting at 6:30 PM to help all our new families feel welcome.

As the school has purchased a new telephone system, each family will also receive a phone call to remind you about Fee Day.  We hope the phone system is a welcome addition in our ongoing effort to communicate clearly to all our families.

Greetings all!

Can you believe Summer is almost over??? Fee Day is next Tuesday, and then we are all back to school on the 24th of August!?!?!

Crazy, it seems like we just started summer (Did it ever come this year?).

We on the FSA are going to strive to make it easier for you parents this year.  While it is called fsa-org, it really is the OLH-PARENT Site.

We had our last meeting for the summer last Tuesday night and we all are committed to helping you the parents to make your job a bit easier.

One of the things we all scramble for each year around this time is the dreaded “SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST!”

Well, thanks to Mr. Browne, and Mrs. Pat, they have supplied me with all the lists, and I am scanning them in so they will be able to be downloaded off our site. I hope this helps you out.

Right now I have 1st, 3rd, and 5th Grades (Can you tell which grades my kids are in?) but will post the rest later on today.
