OLH-FSA donates new computer to OLH School’s Mrs. Boynewicz

Everyone knows her.

She has called you, she has answered the phone when you have called. She has helped take care of your children’s boo-boo’s when they fall on the playground. She has applied hundreds if not thousands of ice-packs, bandaid’s, hugs etc through the years.

Mrs. Pat as we know her, is one of the administrative assistants in the OLH-School office. Administrative assistants are the ones who keep everything running on a even keel.

It’s always interesting to see when Mrs. Pat is gone for some reason or Mrs. Krystine, Mr. Browne is loosing what ever hair he has left trying to do his job as well as answer phones etc.

With all the work Mrs. Pat does, we found out in the OLH-FSA, that she had been using her own laptop from home, as the office only had “1″ computer. The day to day jobs that are required of Mrs. Pat and Mrs. Cochrane, they really needed 2 computers. Mrs. Pat never complained, but just used her own laptop.

I was really appreciative of someone who went the extra mile like this to help keep the office going and still take care of our children. During our FSA meeting in Januray, we voted to purchase a Laptop for her position in the school, so she could take her computer home (No this does not mean you bring work home PAT!!) and she can have use to one that is for the schools office.

This laptop will also help out for other projects at the school as well. The office will better be able to get info and input it on Fee Day and other events.

Today Mr. Browne presented Mrs. Pat with her new Laptop, Purchased with “OLH-SCRIPT” at the Wal-Mart in Zion.

Congrats Mrs. Pat, we hope this helps you just a little bit during your day.

Thanks to you and the job you do for our kids.
